Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the jp788 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jp788 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. jp788 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the jp788 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal guardianship or other incapacity that would prevent you from entering contracts under applicable law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the jp788 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed through jp788's own Responsible Gaming tools or through any other gambling operator or regulatory body, at the time of registration or at any point during which your Account remains active.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jp788 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios supplying content to the jp788 Platform.

Account Registration

To access the jp788 Platform's full range of Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. jp788 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document; your date of birth; a valid email address; your current residential address in Indonesia; and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jp788 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500.000, or at any earlier point where jp788 has reasonable grounds to require verification in accordance with its AML obligations. Verification documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognised Indonesian financial institution, or an official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where funds have been deposited via a bank transfer, a screenshot or confirmation from the originating BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account linking that account to the registered Account holder's name may be required.

jp788 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the jp788 Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or closed at jp788's discretion, with any associated Bonus Funds forfeited. Real Money Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be returned to the verified originating payment method after an AML review.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jp788 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available free of charge in Account Settings.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted via your Account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility.
• You must notify jp788 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jp788 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. If you receive such a request purportedly from jp788, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.
• jp788 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if unusual login activity is detected, pending verification with the Account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jp788 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jp788 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the official Cashier page at the time of your transaction.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in IDR. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. jp788 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which jp788 bears no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed to the originating account and the transaction flagged for AML review.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. jp788 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts using e-wallet methods, and under 3 hours for bank transfer withdrawals. These targets are not guaranteed and may be affected by the processing schedules of individual banks or e-wallet providers.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jp788 Account holder.
• A Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• jp788 reserves the right to apply a security review to any withdrawal request that triggers automated fraud or AML risk flags, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only Real Money Funds and winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

jp788 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their Account. jp788 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment account. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through different Accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in Account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement before expiry results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (as specified in the relevant promotion's terms). Bets exceeding the maximum while a bonus is active may, at jp788's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jp788's Right to Modify or Withdraw: jp788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a Player has completed its Wagering Requirement, the Bonus Funds and any wagering progress toward the requirement will be removed, but any Real Money Funds will remain unaffected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The jp788 Sportsbook, live casino, and slots products each operate under specific product rules available within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jp788 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted, except where the Cash Out feature is available and the Player elects to use it prior to settlement.
• jp788 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account Balance at the staked amount.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA for international fixtures), the official result shall prevail and settlements will be adjusted accordingly.
• jp788 offers mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting on selected sportsbook markets. All legs of a mix parlay must win for the bet to return a profit. Individual leg rules, including the treatment of void selections within an accumulator, are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• Casino game results, including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Dragon Tiger, are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical dealing processes. jp788 does not interfere with game outcomes, and all results are logged and auditable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp788 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, pricing errors, or market inefficiencies in a manner that jp788 determines to be abusive.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including cycling funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with jp788 support.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, backend systems, or another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to any third party.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jp788 Platform or its content without prior written consent from jp788. Game content supplied by providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by jp788 under licence.

Privacy & Data

jp788 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp788 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jp788 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific product or feature, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond jp788's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or delay in the display of odds, scores, results, or other data on the Platform where such inaccuracy is caused by a third-party data provider.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials in accordance with Clause 4 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits jp788's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jp788's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, jp788's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

jp788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player being subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account suspension or closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified originating payment method after the completion of any required AML or fraud review, which may take up to 30 calendar days.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jp788 support via in-platform live chat. Before closing, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have withdrawn any available Real Money Balance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which jp788 holds its international gaming licence. jp788 operates under international gaming regulation and is licensed and regulated by the relevant authority in its operating jurisdiction.

For Players based in Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulatory restrictions and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. jp788 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction. Access to and use of the jp788 Platform is at your own risk and on your own initiative.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jp788's internal complaints procedure should be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's Licensing Information section. jp788 commits to engaging in good faith with any formally lodged complaint.

Amendments

jp788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility rules, or Player obligations — jp788 will provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the jp788 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 13. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms.
